Our History

1. Your Artwork Is Printed in High Resolution

We start by printing your design onto a special transfer film using professional DTF inks. This includes a full‑color layer plus a precise white underbase so your design pops on any shirt color.

2. Adhesive Powder Is Applied

A fine adhesive powder is added to the back of the print. This powder is what bonds the design to the fabric — giving you a soft, flexible finish that holds up wash after wash.

3. The Transfer Is Cured

We run the film through a controlled heating process that melts the adhesive powder just enough to activate it. This step ensures the print is smooth, durable, and ready for pressing.

4. The Design Is Heat‑Pressed to Your Shirt

Once cured, the transfer is pressed onto your garment using the right combination of heat, pressure, and time. This permanently bonds the ink into the fibers of the shirt — not just on top of it.

5. A Soft, Long‑Lasting Finish

The result is a print that:

Feels soft and flexible
Stretches without cracking
Washes extremely well
